We accept only the first 1500 applications! After this the registration fees will be paid back.

The registration fee contains

Time limit

Part time limit: at 8 km (the crossroads of Mátraháza) - 1 hour 12 minutes (calculated from the last runner's start)

The course is followed by a closing bus at the speed of 9min/km. In case the last runner is running faster, then the bus follows them. Those who are caught by the closing bus must get on it. Their start number will be crossed and they cannot enter the finish area.

Application

• Application by mail: until 6th June (BSI 1554 Bp. Pf:7)
• Application on the Internet: by filling the registration form found on our Hungarian website www.futanet.hu in Hungarian until 12th June. Upon request sent to budapest.run@t-online.hu we send you a registration form that can be sent back by e-mail.
• Application in person:
  • in the BSI office on workdays from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. the latest on 5th Juny
  • at our races at the information desk
  • in the race center on 14th June from 8.30 until 15 minutes before the given race

If the application is not done in person, the application form is to be sent to BSI until the deadline of the postal application.

In case of pre-application the application fee can be paid by bankcard (VISA, Maestro, MasterCard) in the BSI office or by the authorisation given on the application form it can be lifted from an embossed card.

On the day of the race we will have a bus leaving to Mátrafüred that provides the transportation for those buying a ticket. It also serves as changing room for them. The price of the ticket will be defined later. Application deadline is 6th June or until availability of places at the bus. The application arriving after 6th June will not ensure the place on the bus. Place of start: Váci út 152, in fornt of the BSI office. Meeting at 8.00 am, bus leaves at 8.30 sharp. Returning around 13.30 from Peak Kékes.

• in BSI in person from 2-12 June (1138 Budapest, Váci út 152.)
• in the race center on 14th June from 8.30-10.45

Changing rooms, safekeeping

At the start and finish in the changing tents.

The pacakges will be delivered to the finish by a bus. Leaving time: 10.40. For the runners not arriving with the BSI bus getting back to the start must be solved individually walking. Maps available in the race-center.

Refreshment stations

• 1st stop: At the Sástó bus-stop (3km): water
• 2nd stop: At the Hotel Ózon connecting road (5km): water, isodrink, glucose
• 3rd stop: Mátraháza training camp (8,5km): water, isodrink, glucose
• 4th stop: at 9,8km, watercart
• 5th stop: at 10,7km: water
• Finish: water, isodrink

At the start and at every refreshment point you can wet your sponge - what you receive in the start-package.

Awarding

1st-3rd places in both gender

Results

The final result will be decided on a video-shoot at the finish. Only those will be found who have theire startnumber well visible.

The medal and the finish packet will be distributed after touching the stone on the Peak. The last refreshment station is also found here.

The results will be available on the Hungarian website www.futanet.hu in Hungarian as of the evening of 16th June.

Miscellaneous

• Every runner and participant in wheel chair, who accepts the regulations of the race, can start the race.
• All those will be disqualified, who fold or cover their number of registration, or do not wear it attached to their chest. Those who do not complete the full stretch defined by the organisers and who fill out their registration forms with false, incomplete or imprecise data, will also be disqualified.
• It is forbidden to roller blade, ride a bicycle, run with a dog, run with somebody on a bicycle and to run without a registration number.
• We cannot store any items of value.
• Any advertising activity must be done with the permission of the BSI, and must comply with the rules of advertisements as defined by the BSI.
• BSI reserves the right to limit the number of participants and close the registration at any time.
• BSI reserves the right to modify the course and date.
